There’s nothing quite like a plate of crispy, sticky pork ribs to make any meal feel special. Perfectly caramelized, tender on the inside, and packed with bold flavors, these ribs are an instant hit for family dinners, BBQs, or game-day gatherings.

- Coat the ribs with cornstarch.
2. Fry the Ribs

- For extra crispiness, fry a second time for 2-3 minutes.
3. Make the Sticky Glaze
- Heat sesame oil in a pan. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, water, and chili flakes. Simmer until thickened.
4. Coat the Ribs

5. Garnish and Serve
- Transfer ribs to a plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Tips
- Pat ribs dry for maximum crispiness.
- Adjust sweetness and spice to taste.
- Bake instead of frying for a lighter option: 400°F (200°C) for 30-35 minutes.
