Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together:

  • Soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Hoisin sauce
  • Honey
  • Sesame oil
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Water (or chicken stock)
  • Cornstarch
