Ingredients

- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together:
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Hoisin sauce
- Honey
- Sesame oil
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Water (or chicken stock)
- Cornstarch
Mix well until smooth and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Noodles
- Boil noodles according to the package instructions.
- Drain and rinse under cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Beef
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add diced beef, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned and cooked through (3–5 minutes).
- Remove beef from the pan and set aside.
Step 4: Cook the Shrimp
- In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and fully cooked.
- Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.
Step 5: Stir-Fry the Vegetables
- Add the red bell pepper and dried chilies (if using) to the pan.
- Stir-fry for 2 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
Step 6: Combine Everything
- Return the cooked beef and shrimp to the pan with the vegetables.
- Pour in the prepared sauce and stir until evenly coated.
- Let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
Step 7: Add the Noodles
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan.
- Toss well to combine, ensuring the sauce coats the noodles evenly.
Step 8: Garnish and Serve
- Garnish with chopped green onions for a fresh finish.
