Barron Trump’s close friend Bo Loudon has found himself at the center of attention, following a series of seemingly affectionate interactions with White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt. The 18-year-old, whose parents include former Missouri state senator John William Loudon and conservative commentator Gina Loudon, has become increasingly prominent in Republican circles since Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign began.

In February, Loudon shared a TikTok post warmly captioned, “Just bumped into my talented and incredible friend Karoline Leavitt at President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club,” accompanied by a cozy snapshot of the two with arms wrapped around each other. This was followed by another admiring post in April, where Loudon expressed pride in being “the youngest person to ask @KarolineLeavitt, the youngest Press Secretary in history, a question.”

Loudon posted something similar in April, saying, “It’s such an honor to be the youngest person to ask @KarolineLeavitt, the youngest Press Secretary in history, a question.”

Leavitt has a much wider age gap with her husband Nicholas Roccio, however, who is 30 years older than her. The pair married just days before President Donald Trump’s inauguration in January this year.

At a White House event this week, Loudon appeared to gush over Leavitt, describing her as “wildly popular … and definitely an inspiration to Gen Z.”

The List, a popular online publication, pointedly noted Loudon’s apparent “crush” on Leavitt, adding intrigue to the fact that Leavitt, aged 27, is married to Nicholas Roccio, who is notably 30 years her senior. The couple married shortly before Donald Trump’s inauguration earlier this year.

During a recent White House event, Loudon’s admiration appeared to become even clearer. He enthusiastically praised Leavitt as “wildly popular and definitely an inspiration to Gen Z,” before posing a question about her first 100 days as press secretary. Leavitt, responding with mild awkwardness, humorously described herself as a “zillennial”—between millennial and Gen Z—and graciously acknowledged Loudon’s youthful presence in the White House.

Despite the charm and warmth of their public interactions, not all feedback has been kind. After posting a recent photo from the event, Loudon drew fashion criticism from social media users, specifically for his choice of sockless loafers and a partially unbuttoned shirt. One commenter advised bluntly, “Put on some socks and button up the shirt, you look like a slob,” highlighting a broader conversation around Loudon’s youthful and unconventional style choices.

As these subtle yet compelling exchanges continue, Bo Loudon remains firmly in the spotlight, leaving many intrigued by his growing public admiration for Karoline Leavitt.
